Refund policy

We want you to love your White Cross piece. Each item is carefully handcrafted, and because of this process, natural variations and small irregularities may occur.
These are part of the beauty of handmade work and will not be considered defects or damages.

RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All returns are subject to an $8 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee does not apply to returns or exchanges due to damaged or defective products.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition you received them
  • Returned with original packaging, including tags and verse card
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at cs@whitecross.world. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will review the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on final sales items. 

EXCHANGED
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase (following the policy above) and place a new order.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary by your bank or card issuer).
