Shipping policy

At White Cross, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in Korea. To ensure quality, items are bulk-shipped to the United States in limited quantities and fulfilled from our U.S. location.

AVAILABILITY
Limited stock is available at any given time due to the handmade process and bulk shipping.
Restocks may require additional time depending on production and international transport schedules.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from our U.S. facility.
Please note: We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• Standard shipping is available within the United States.
• Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $150.
• Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DELAYS & RESPONSIBILITY

•  Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• White Cross is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, White Cross is not liable for lost or stolen items.
